Compare shares
Why this matters. A mix of share indexes grows by the return you type, minus the fees you type. The boxes are assumptions. The past-performance lines are labelled as past, and they are not copied into those boxes. A fall you switch on is an illustration, not a forecast.
Put 100% of starting capital and monthly additions across the three. Drag the mix — it always adds to 100%. The thick line is your blend. The thin lines are 100% in one index, for comparison.

Falls
S&P Dow Jones Indices, education paper on the S&P 500 Managed Risk 2.0 indices. Data from 28 March 1990 to 31 March 2020. The paper does not call these the all-time worst falls, and it is not a 2026 factsheet. The S&P/ASX 200 price-return factsheet as of 30 September 2026 publishes risk as annualised standard deviation. It does not publish a peak-to-trough worst fall, so this page does not print one for the ASX 200.

What doctors often miss
